
Betty Shreffler offers yoga classes designed to support mobility, balance, and strength through the practice of functional yoga. With a dedicated focus on women’s wellness, she brings a thoughtful and empowering approach to every class — whether it’s grounding Hatha Yoga, deeply soothing Restorative Yoga, or meditative, fascia‑nourishing Yin Yoga.
Her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous‑system‑friendly pacing to help you feel more at ease in your body. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat after time away, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, explore gentle challenges, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect:
My classes are designed to help you feel supported, grounded, and at ease in your body. Each session includes:
- Functional movement that supports mobility, balance, and strength
- Props and modifications so you can move in a way that feels good for your body
- A calm, welcoming environment where you’re invited to honor your body
- Breathwork and grounding techniques to support your nervous system and help you feel more centered
- Supportive challenges for those who want to grow without feeling overwhelmed
- A warm, inclusive space where all bodies and experience levels are welcome
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Payment Options:
Class Investment:
- First Class Welcome Rate – $10
- Single Class — $20 Attend one class of your choice (Wednesday or Friday) during the week.
- Weekly Bundle — $30 Get both classes (Wednesday + Friday) for one flat weekly rate. That’s $15 per class, paid in full for the week.
Please submit your payment via:
- Venmo (no fee) When sending your payment via Venmo, include the date and location of the class you’re attending.
- Debit/Credit Card (fee included)
- Cash before class begins

Important – These policies help keep pricing simple and sustainable for our community:
There is an additional $5 cash fee for non‑Rugby members, which will be collected at the start of class by a Rugby board member. If you’d like to become a Historic Rugby member and waive the fee, you can join for just $25 per year — which means after five classes, your membership has already paid for itself. Plus, you receive all of the perks of being a Historic Rugby member! Please click here to join.
Weekly Bundle Details: This payment covers both classes within the same week. No refunds will be issued for the Weekly Bundle. Bundle payments must be made in full for that week, and daily or split payments won’t be accepted. If you pay for the Weekly Bundle and need to miss the second class, the unused $10 may be applied to the following week only. It does not roll over beyond that.
Supplies Needed For Yoga:
Please come prepared with the items listed below. We’ll be using them throughout the classes, including the Yoga bolster.
I will have yoga blocks and straps available, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
