On-Site Wellness Experiences


Ground and Flow Yoga Class: A grounding and rejuvenating yoga experience offered in Hatha, Restorative, or Yin styles. Each class supports mobility, flexibility, nervous system balance, and mindful connection with the body—ideal for groups seeking gentle movement, stress relief, and embodied wellbeing.

The Awakening Breath and Sound Journey©: A restorative wellness experience that blends somatic breathwork with multi‑instrument sound healing to help participants release physical and emotional tension, reduce stress, and gently free suppressed or repressed emotions held in the body. Through guided breath intervals paired with soothing soundscapes, this session supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a full‑body reset—offering your group a rejuvenating experience that requires no prior experience.

  • Option 1 — 2 Hours Learn how the nervous system responds to stress, identify signs of stress fatigue, and experience guided practices for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience.
  • Option 2 — 3 Hours Includes everything in Option 1, plus a restorative sound bath to deepen relaxation and support whole‑body regulation.
