To ensure the best experience, you’ll need a pair of headphones or earbuds, along with a desktop, laptop, or tablet equipped with a camera and microphone.

By focusing on the breath and the body, this modality helps you release long-held subconscious patterns, creating space for lasting transformation and integration.

Not at all. This journey is designed to be accessible for everyone—whether you’re brand new or already experienced in breathwork, each session is customized to meet you where you are.

Each session begins with a brief check-in and intention-setting, followed by guided breathwork and transformational coaching. You’ll be supported in a safe, nurturing space to release tension, access insights, and integrate the experience through grounding techniques and reflection.

6. Is this safe if I have anxiety, trauma, or certain health conditions?
Breathwork can be profoundly supportive for those navigating anxiety and trauma, but it’s important to communicate any health conditions or concerns before starting. Together, we’ll ensure the experience is trauma-informed, gentle, and adapted to your needs. If you’re under medical supervision, it’s recommended to consult your healthcare provider first.

7. How will I feel afterward?
Many participants leave sessions feeling lighter, more open, and connected to themselves. Emotional release, fatigue, or heightened clarity are common. You’ll receive grounding and self-care practices to support your integration after each session.

8. What’s the benefit of doing multiple sessions instead of just one?
Healing happens in layers. This four-session journey allows us to explore core themes—like forgiveness, release, and abundance—more deeply and intentionally. The arc of the program supports progressive transformation and integration, giving you space to return to key practices and build lasting change.

9. What kind of wellness coaching is included?
Wellness coaching is woven throughout your experience to help you implement new self-care habits, improve emotional resilience, and create a more intentional lifestyle. Together, we’ll explore practical, achievable steps that support your healing between sessions.

10. Can I reschedule sessions if needed? What’s your cancellation policy?
Yes—life happens! I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $15 cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur a $15 fee.
