What equipment do I need? Headphones or earbuds, plus a device with a camera and microphone (laptop, desktop, or tablet). Choose a comfortable place to lie down — your bed, couch, or a yoga mat all work well.

What is somatic transformational breathwork? It’s a conscious connected breathing practice that helps release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and unwind long‑held patterns in the body. The breath becomes a pathway for emotional release, clarity, and deeper connection to yourself.

Do I need prior experience? No experience is needed. Every session is guided, accessible, and tailored to your pace and comfort level.

What happens during a session? You’ll begin with a brief instruction and intention setting, followed by guided breathwork with music and coaching. The session ends with grounding and gentle integration.

Is this safe if I have anxiety, trauma, or health conditions? Breathwork can be supportive for anxiety and trauma when facilitated gently. Please share any health concerns beforehand so the session can be adapted to your needs. If you’re under medical care, consulting your provider is recommended.

How will I feel afterward? Most people feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. You may experience emotional release, deep relaxation, or fatigue. You’ll receive grounding practices to support your integration.

Why choose a multi‑session package? Healing unfolds in layers. Multiple sessions give you space to explore deeper themes, build nervous system resilience, and integrate changes more fully over time.

What is your cancellation policy? Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $15 fee. No‑shows also incur a $15 fee. Three consecutive cancellations may result in a discontinuation of services.
