Meet your guide: Betty Shreffler…
Betty Shreffler is a certified holistic wellness practitioner devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore their nervous systems, and return to their innate wisdom.
With certifications in Vibrational Tuning Fork Therapy, Sound Therapy, Somatic Transformational Breathwork, Yoga, Women’s Circles and Ceremonies, Women’s Holistic Health Coaching, and Trauma‑Informed Coaching, she brings a deeply integrative and compassionate approach to healing.
Rooted in her own lived experience, Betty spent years navigating depression, anxiety, and chronic physical challenges. Through holistic practices, she reclaimed her vitality and discovered a profound calling to guide others through their own healing journeys.
Today, she creates nurturing spaces where women can soften, release, and realign with the rhythms of their bodies and the cycles of nature. Her work is grounded, accessible, and infused with compassion — inviting each woman to feel held, empowered, and whole.
